I will always admire a certain man,
The one who always told me , I can!
He hides me under his protective wings,
Showers me with life's most beautiful things.
He would barr and restrict my path many a time,
I would mistake his love and cry or whine.
He may not be the one who wiped my every tear,
But he would make every trodden path of mine clear.
My strength in times of trouble,
The hand that rocked my cradle.
Whether my life would dim or glow,
Dad, You'll always be my Hero! :-)
